hi love!!! i'm sorry it took me a while to answer this, but it's pretty simple!
go to your customize page > then scroll the sidebar down until you see "add page" > and on the drop down menu that has "Standard Layout" written on, change it to "Custom Layout" and paste the HTML on it.
Then you edit it as you want, and save it and you're done!
